The Lancers Track & Field Club is back for 2016! Lancers Track & Field Speed, Conditioning, and Power Development Program will start Jan. 4, 2016 and run through Feb. 19, 2016. In conjunction, we are pleased to announce Gregg Simmons will be joining our club as a coach. He brings a tremendous amount of experience developing athlete’s speed and performance at all levels from Youth to Olympic caliber. The Club will meet 3 days a week, primarily Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays. The purpose of this Winter Club is to develop your speed, strength, form and conditioning and is applicable to all sports, including Track & Field.
In addition, there is opportunities to compete in a short Winter Track Season culminating in a California Winter Track & Field Championship Meet at Cerritos College Feb. 13, 2016.
